Sydney Florist, Gentle Flowers gained 1st place in last year’s Flowers to Carry category. This year they are a finalist again with this stunning red anemone headpiece.
Soft feminine blooms teamed with feathered garden green foliage defines this gorgeous floral headpiece from Green and Bloom. The consistently high performing south-east Queensland based florist is a finalist again this year with two nominations.
A sweet, simple, green and white floral hair comb from Melbourne-based florist, The Botanical Heart, had the judges swooning. Created with blooms of helleborus and florets of hydrangea, this entry is simply heavenly.
Dear Delilah Florist, a finalist in two categories this year, delivers a romantic, feminine design featuring a rustic blossom collar paired with soft pastel pink feather and tulle.
Sorella Flower Merchant stunned the judges with this amazing entry, a combination floral crown and lavish necklace created using cymbidium orchids, blushing bride (a personal favourite), sweet pea, ranunculus and alstroemeria.
The floral art creations from Wedding Flowers By Julia Rose are captivating. This amazing piece has been created using hand picked Australian native flora including blue gum and wattle foliage, perfectly matched to an array of hot pink, orange and yellow blooms. Simply stunning.
This fabulous piece from Rosehip Flowers won points for quirkiness, originality and execution! Crafted from a variegated green and yellow cordyline leaf and decorated with colourful orchid blooms and succulents, the judges had never seen anything like it!
This gentleman’s bow tie, created by Angie’s Floral Design, draws perfectly on accents and hues in the shirt and jacket, and demonstrates an understated, casual style with a pop!
Willetton Wedding Flowers from Western Australia took the standard buttonhole to an entirely new level with this succulent and lime design! The balance and execution of this piece is outstanding and makes for a zesty new take (pardon the pun!) on an old favourite.
Rounding out the Flowers to Wear category is another WA finalist, Flowers for Mrs Harris. The textures and presentation of these gorgeous little buttonholes show the high standard in Australian wedding flowers today.

This lovely bridal bouquet, featuring a soft pastel colour palette and focal native proteas, was created by Touchwood Flowers from Port Macquarie, NSW.
Poppy and the Wallflowers make a statement with this gorgeous textured wedding bouquet featuring a focal king protea and beautiful green foliage highlighted throughout.
The ombre colour palette of this bouquet from Adelaide finalist, Miss Maggies Flowers, won the judges hearts! Beautiful cluster roses, stocks, snapdragons and hypericum berries combine perfectly in this gorgeous design to create a bridal bouquet worthy of a princess!
Lilygrace Flowers wowed the judges with this stunning textured bouquet in deep pinks, red, purples and blues. I love the shape and combination of florals displayed here!
I am yet to come across a bride who doesn’t love a Peony. Sydney finalist, Kindred Floral, does this amazing bloom justice as a focal feature in this divine bouquet, paired with on-trend foliage and blooms to create a bold floral statement.
Dominique Flowers inspired us with this soft, feminine combination of roses, peonies and parrot tulips in beautiful pink tones for this divine bridal bouquet.
Another finalist placing for Dear Delilah Florist, this time in the Flowers to Carry category and for this insanely gorgeous and oh-so-carefree green and white bridal bouquet design.

Adelaide florist Bella In Bloom combines pods, purple hyacinths, mauve hellebores, violets, peach stocks, thrypt, blushing brides and queen anne’s lace into this stunning bridal bouquet. The purple ribbon nicely finishes the look!
It was hard to decide which entry to choose from this stand out wedding, but the rich colour palette and elegant design of this bridal bouquet from Perth florist, Angel Flowers, stole the judges hearts.

Another stand out wedding with a series of stunning entries to choose from, this divine table centrepiece from The Bloom Collective made the final cut with its statement pops of colour and artfully structured arrangement.
This gorgeously simple ceremony corner arch spray balances elements of star jasmine, double centred stargazer lillies and roses to perfection. This gorgeous entry comes from that little flower shop.
With this stunning entry, Poppy Culture have created a modern take on a traditional ceremony arch that caught the eye of our judges. What a gorgeous feature for the bride and groom to stand in front of and all the guests to admire!
When thinking flowers to decorate, you can’t forget the cake! And what a gorgeous example from finalist Naturelle, decorated with this season’s hottest colourgold and paired with a lovely combination of succulents, ferns, native nuts and even feathers.
I love the combination of yellow, green and white on this outdoor arbour from Maria Okwa Creative Flowers. This divine setting would be so lovely as a bridal arch for a summer beach wedding!
Created on a chandelier base, this wild, free-flowing installation piece from finalist Green and Bloom, is a true work of art! Flower blooms threaded through fishing line create hanging teardrops that take over and cascade downwards to create a beautiful effect. After winning in 2013 and 2014 for the Flowers to Decorate Category, will it be third year in a row for Green and Bloom? You be the judge!
Ginger Lily & Rose Floral Studio makes use of tropical leaves and orchids together with classic pretties of hydrangea, gerberas and calla lilies to create interest and originality with this gorgeous hanging installation. All lit up from underneath with Edison globes, it makes for a truly beautiful statement piece.
For the wow factor at outdoor ceremonies, this second installation from finalist Julia Hails of Ginger Lily & Rose Floral Studio makes quite a statement. The timeless combination of red and yellow blooms is so eye-catching and I love the way the wild branches frame the bride!
Another finalist placing for Dominique Flowers, this time in the Flowers to Decorate category
with this lush garland of fresh flowers in a warm colour palette, combined with a macramé wall hanging that would soften any space.
And now Alstonville Florist, NSW, with these gorgeous bright floral halos. I love the way the colour pops against the white marquee and perfectly matches in with the table centrepieces to create even more interest.
